These rumors were spot-on. The Dragon Ball Z crossover with Fortnite has been officially announced. Well, here’s what we do know at the moment.

Fortnite and Dragon Ball have been the subject of leaks and speculation for months. And now, Epic Games has posted a teaser for the crossover, complete with a picture of the wish-granting dragon Shenron and the caption, “Speak. The date is 8.16.022, and you can have anything you want.”

The image may not directly reference Dragon Ball, but its iconography is unmistakable. A copyright logo from Toei Animation tucked away in the corner doesn’t hurt, either.

Epic Games has not yet shared details about the upcoming crossover. Previously, it was revealed that four skins, including Lord Beerus, would be added. Goku, Vegeta, and a female skin have been proposed as the other two.

When Will the Dragon Ball Super x Fortnite Game Be Available?

Earlier today, Epic Games made a post with a date of August 16th. Not definitively the beginning of the partnership, but a significant milestone nonetheless.

The date is approaching quickly, so we won’t have to wait too long to find out.
