There is a serious injury to be expected that will keep Harry away from the field for a while

The wide receiver was injured on Sunday.

The wide receiver was hurt for the first time on Sunday during practice.

According to NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo, wide receiver N’Keal Harry of the Bears will be out for eight weeks after requiring tightrope surgery to treat a severe ankle sprain. With the injury, he first missed practice on Sunday.

Harry played for the Patriots during the previous three seasons, but his 598 yards and four touchdowns in 33 games were disappointing. Harry was given a second chance and added to a weakened wide receiver room when Chicago acquired him in a trade for a seventh-round choice in July.

Harry has experienced numerous injuries throughout his career and has had difficulty staying healthy since since joining the NFL. This is only the most recent one. Harry suffered a similar ankle injury in his rookie season, which kept him out for the first nine weeks of the season. Since then, he has experienced at least one injury per season.

With Harry out, Chicago’s wide receiver depth chart is still somewhat thin, with mainstays Darnell Mooney, Byron Pringle, and rookie Velus Jones Jr. following him.
